They are certainly related!

When I first saw Charlotte's pursed lip pooping face I knew I'd seen it before. When I saw these pictures side-by-side, though, I couldn't help but laugh. Are they brother and sister or what?!?!?

    I love it! Theoren used to do the same. And yes, it was the pooping face. Wheeee!
